About VPJ Constructions
The owner and founder
VPJ Constructions and Services was founded by Mr V. Prasad Ragipani. Having always had an interest in construction and engineering, Prasad studied architectural engineering and quantity surveying. He also holds trade qualifications in Carpentry, Concreting and Waterproofing, and holds two patents.
He has a vast 20+ years of experience in the construction industry, from residential, commercial and industrial construction to civil works.
Over the years, his passion for buildings and construction continued to grow and drove him to start his own business: VPJ Constructions and Services.
The VPJ team
Prasad values integrity, trustworthiness and professionalism in all aspects of his business, and he looks for those same qualities in his staff. Every contractor in the VPJ team is fully licensed and qualified to carry out the required works.
Licensing
VPJ holds the following Licences from the department of Fair Trading:
- Carpentry
- General Concreting
- Water proofing
- Kitchen, Bathroom and Laundry Renovations
HIA Membership
VPJ Constructions proudly holds membership to the Housing Industry Association. The HIA is the largest association in Australia for residential builders, and their Code of Ethics was developed in consultation with the ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission).
VPJ is dedicated to following and upholding the HIA’s Code of Ethics, to ensure that a high standard of commercial conduct is carried throughout the construction and engineering industry.
